Entrepreneurial background
My perspective on people and business grew out of running ventures myself: launching, building teams, selling, organizing operations and taking responsibility for decisions.
Combat sports · young people · social initiatives
I built an academy offering 15 contact sports. Its athletes included German champions. With the team, I developed social initiatives around reducing aggression and integration through sport, helping young people find a place in their community.
Fitness · family concept · Nuremberg
I developed the project into a large fitness studio with self-defence training, aerobics, a fitness bar and a solarium. Its family concept brought several activities together under an old-school approach. I sold my stake in 2018; the studio still operates.

I developed medical tourism and continuing education for rehabilitation professionals across the CIS region. I taught in Kyiv, St Petersburg and Germany on rehabilitation technologies and orthopaedic and neurological diagnostics.

Through RB32, I worked in business consulting and led seminars for companies and organizations.
