Understand how you make decisions.
You leave with a map of one situation: what is known, which assumptions to test and the action you choose.
We examine specific situations: what happened, how you interpreted it, what you decided and what followed. We compare recurring responses, internal rules, resources and constraints. Working hypotheses are checked against your experience. After the initial consultation, individual mentoring can continue: examining new situations, testing actions and adjusting your chosen direction. Frequency and duration are agreed separately.
Duration, fee, materials and rescheduling terms are agreed before starting. An enquiry is not a booking or payment.
This is a consultation focused on personal patterns and decisions. It does not replace medical or clinical assessment.

The agreed work is analysis, mentoring, coaching or education. We define the question, format and intended output before starting.
