Connections matter more than isolated symptoms
A single problem may have several layers.
Falling profits may involve pricing, costs, sales or an owner avoiding a specific management conversation. A recurring personal conflict is also more than one character trait: circumstances, expectations and actual actions all matter.
The defining feature of my practice is examining these levels together. I compare external evidence, operational structures and human decisions. A personal interpretation cannot explain losses without checking the numbers; a market trend is not automatically an answer for an individual.
Predication Engineering
Under which conditions does our conclusion hold?
In my work, Predication Engineering makes the conditions behind a decision explicit. Instead of “we need to scale”, we ask which offer, for which audience, with what economics and under which constraints is worth expanding.
We separate established facts, assumptions and missing information. Each central assumption needs a test and a reason to revisit it. This connects strategic thinking to responsibility for the next step. I explain the logic publicly; internal protocols and client materials remain private.
HOS and personal analysis
What keeps producing the familiar outcome?
HOS / Human OS Framework is my working model for considering several layers: resources and recovery, attention, habitual responses, relationships, social roles and self-understanding. The operating-system metaphor helps explore their interaction; it is not a complete description of a person.
Personal analysis begins with your question and specific episodes. We examine gaps between intentions and actions, and recurring choices in relationships, work or under pressure. Interpretations are discussed with you and checked against examples. The aim is a clearer decision and room to act differently, rather than a definitive personality label.
Neurosomatic polymetry
Your state is part of the decision context.
I use this name for my research direction connecting bodily state, attention and behaviour. It informs my interest in how a person notices tension, fatigue, changes of pace and their own responses in difficult situations.
The focus is on patterns over time and comparison with the person’s own account, rather than an isolated gesture. A signal can prompt a question; it does not prove a hidden motive. This is neither medical diagnosis nor a scientifically validated test. Research ideas should not be mistaken for an established measuring instrument.
AI broadens the view. I own the conclusion.
Gathering information faster is only the beginning.
I use AI to organise material, compare sources, identify contradictions and develop alternative explanations. In market analysis this helps consider more factors; in textual work it helps maintain links between observations and the original questions.
Framing the task, evaluating sources, understanding context and making the final recommendation remain my responsibility. A model’s answer is material to examine. My VIRX / NEXUS work structures the sequence from source to hypothesis to test. The scope and use of personal materials are agreed with the client.
Analysis must stand up to reality
What changes after the conversation?
For a business, we choose a specific area: the offer, sales, profitability, operations or a management decision. In personal work, we choose a situation where you want to change a habitual choice. We clarify the information needed and consider several explanations.
Then we define a priority, a next action and an observable sign of change. If the outcome differs from expectations, we revisit the hypothesis. This cycle connects analysis, systemic coaching and mentoring: understand the problem, choose an action and examine the consequences.
A clearer basis for your decision.
Depending on the format: a situation map, key constraints, testable hypotheses and a priority for the next step. We agree the scope and depth before starting. Begin with Strike for a personal question or an initial business analysis for an owner’s challenge.
